Narayankhed is a Town in Narayankhed Mandal in Medak District of Telangana State, India. It belongs to the Telangana region. As part of the Telangana District re-organization, Narayankhed Town Narayankhed Mandal re-organized from Medak District to Sangareddy District. It is located 65 KM towards the North of the District head quarters in Sangareddi. It is a Mandal head quarter.
